Passenger Ferry Service on the Šilutė–Nida–Šilutė Route Starts on July 11, 2026
Starting July 11, 2026 , a new passenger ferry service will operate between Šilutė and Nida, departing from the Šilutė Small Boat Harbour. The route will be served by the passenger vessels Valhalla and Forelle-Flicka, offering another comfortable and scenic way to travel to Nida across the Curonian Lagoon.
Timetable
Šilutė → Nida
- 08:30 – Departure from Šilutė Small Boat Harbour (Uosto g. 9)
- Approximately 11:00 – Arrival in Nida.
Nida → Šilutė
- 17:30 – Departure from Nida
- Approximately 20:00 – Arrival in Šilutė
Ticket Prices
Adults and children aged 14 and over
- €26 – One way
- €36 – Round trip
Children aged 4–14 (every day) and seniors (weekdays only)
- €16 – One way
- €26 – Round trip
Children under 4 years of age travel free of charge.

Important Information
Passengers are advised to purchase tickets online in advance. Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure, and passengers are recommended to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
If the number of passengers is low, a transfer to another company vessel may be arranged at Uostadvaris, from where the journey will continue to Nida. The operator also reserves the right to adjust departure times, routes or vessels due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pets are welcome on board.
