- If the number of passengers is low, a transfer may be arranged in Uostadvaris to another company vessel ("Svajonė" or "Forelle-Flicka") to continue the journey to Nida.
- We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance.
- Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before departure.
- If you miss the departure, your ticket will be considered used and no refund will be issued.
- Tickets may be changed no later than 10 calendar days before departure (excluding weekends).
- Tickets cannot be changed or refunded less than 10 calendar days before departure.
- The operator reserves the right to adjust the departure time, route or vessel due to weather conditions, technical reasons or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If a trip is cancelled due to the operator's responsibility or adverse weather conditions, passengers will be offered an alternative travel date or a full refund.
- Journey duration may vary depending on weather conditions and water traffic.
- Pet-friendly. Large dogs must be kept on a leash and, if necessary, wear a muzzle.
- Passengers must follow all instructions given by the captain and crew.
- Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings and luggage.
