POOL AND SPA AREA
The swimming pool has four 25-meter lanes. Depth ranges from 1.28 m to 1.82 m.
The SPA area includes three saunas, a whirlpool, and a leisure pool with massage systems for babies, children, and adults.
Two saunas are steam-based, and one features a natural Himalayan salt wall.
The whirlpool can accommodate around 15 visitors.
Health sessions with an instructor are held twice a week, and individual swimming lessons are also available.
SAUNAS
Salt sauna – 75–90℃, humidity 40–60%
Equipped with a Himalayan salt wall. Heated salt ions provide antibacterial effects, cleanse airways, improve endurance and coordination, reduce stress, boost mood and emotional balance.
Turkish sauna – 45–50℃, humidity 85–99%
Guests relax on heated benches. Temperature and humidity are maintained by sprinkling water on walls and benches.
Steam sauna – 75–90℃, humidity 40–60%
Designed for stress relief, relaxation, skin cleansing, and immunity boosting.
FITNESS GYM
Opened in September, the 373 m² gym features modern cardio machines (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals), free weight stations for all muscle groups, a free weights area, a functional training platform, and extra gear (balls, mats, jump boxes, resistance bands, etc.).
Functional group workouts take place twice a week. Personal training and custom workout plans are available on request.
