THE ŠILUTĖ TOURISM INFORMATION CENTER PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

  1. Provides free information on tourism infrastructure, places of interest, museums, parks, events, and other leisure activities in the Šilutė region.
  2. Provides free information on accommodation, dining establishments, and other supplementary tourism services.
  3. Provides free information on tourist routes, boat rentals, ferry schedules.
  4. Provides free information on additional services for tourists: bicycle, kayak, pedal boat, SUP board rentals, etc.
  5. Represents the Šilutė District Municipality at international exhibitions, conferences, business missions, tourism fairs, and other events.
  6. Organizes excursions and group trips, and prepares tourism packages.
  7. Mediates in booking accommodation and catering services for tourist groups and individuals.
  8. Mediates in booking educational programs, boat tours, and other leisure activities.
  9. Prepares, publishes, and distributes informational and cartographic publications.
  10. Sells tourist brochures, books, maps, and souvenirs.
  11. Organizes tourism forums, guide seminars, etc.
  12. Manages, collects, and updates data on tourism resources and service providers in the Šilutė District Municipality.
  13. Collects visitor statistics and conducts visitor surveys for more effective marketing.
  14. Provides professional guide services.
  15. Develops and implements projects.
